Knitted Stripe Pants - Black White

I previously left a review and sent follow-up emails but have not yet received a response.

I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the lack of customer service. The items I received were significantly different from the product images shown on your website, particularly in terms of stripe alignment, fit, and design details.

After reading other customer reviews, it is clear that this issue is not limited to my order alone. The products delivered do not accurately represent what is advertised, which I believe is misleading to consumers.

I expect a prompt response regarding my refund request and a clear resolution.

The pants look stunning in the images. Unfortunately, the stripes on the pair I received were not aligned between the front and back, so I had to request a return. It could just be an issue with my item.
